95后姑娘封媛媛因为一段 “雪糕品尝师”的工作视频成了网红！

Feng Yuanyuan, born in 1995, has caused a storm online thanks to a video of her working as an ice cream taster.

封媛媛就职于一家雪糕公司，工作就是品尝自家产品以及其他品牌雪糕，然后给出评价和对比。

Employed by an ice cream company, Feng's work involves taste-testing ice cream products from her company and others and then assessing and comparing the quality.

有时候，她甚至一天要吃20多根雪糕。当然，为了保护味蕾，她要常用温水漱口。

Sometimes, she has to taste over 20 ice creams in a single day. After eating one, she usually rinses her mouth with warm water to protect her taste buds.

同样，这也是一份高薪工作：月薪超过1万元，超过了她的大部分大学同学。

Through this taste-testing, she earns more than 10,000 yuan per month, more than most of her college classmates.

不过副作用也很明显，上班以来她已经胖了10斤！所以她需要经常锻炼，来保持体形。

The unfortunate by-product of eating so much ice cream is that she has put on five kilograms. Feng said that she exercises regularly to manage her weight.

至于天天吃雪糕有没有影响自己的健康，封媛媛说，自己觉得还好，“我平时挺注意的，吃过雪糕后都会喝红糖水、姜茶，而且也会加强锻炼。”

为了这个工作，封媛媛已经放弃了自己原先喜爱的辛辣食物，因为舌头对于她太重要了，品尝雪糕，不仅仅是“吃”那么简单！

封媛媛说，成为雪糕品尝师，需要灵敏的舌头，以及对雪糕的“真爱”。很多人因为每天要品尝太多而厌倦，所以好的雪糕品尝师并不好找 。

"To be an ice cream taster, a person needs to have a sensitive tongue and really like ice cream. Many people become fed up with ice cream if they have to eat it every day, so a good ice cream taster isn't easy to find," she said.

据《北京青年报》报道，封媛媛大学所学专业就是食品检测，毕业后也一直在食品相关领域工作。进入现在这家企业后，一开始也并没有相关岗位，“但是老板平常会问，你喜欢吃哪个口味啊，现在出的这个新品感觉味道怎么样。我觉得，如果当时我不敢回答，或者就含糊过去的话，可能后来也不会专门让我去做雪糕品尝这一块。”

现在的封媛媛，通过一年多的工作，已经可以品尝出雪糕中是否含有添加剂。

Feng explained that after more than a year's work, she can tell if an ice cream contains additives just by tasting it.

按照她的说法，品尝雪糕“像香水一样”：

她希望在未来自己可以尝一口，就知道雪糕的配料。

She hopes that in the future, she could figure out the ingredients of a product with one bite.
