生活中是不是常能见到这样的举动：有人舔下手指再翻纸张或者点钞？这样的行为让人看上去感觉不太舒服且不卫生，但是又无能为力只能眼睁睁看着……

最近，一家日本公司率先采取行动，再想这么干，可就不行了！

People who have to moisten their fingertips whenever they turn pages of documents or count bills may find a problem getting hired by a company in Japan which will no longer tolerate this mannerism.

位于日本横滨的出租车公司三和交通最近在公司通知中宣布，禁止其员工唾液与文件或钞票有任何接触。

Sanwa Kotsu, a Yokohama-based taxi company, said it will no longer allow its employees’ saliva to have any contact with any document or currency, as per the company’s memo.

公司的规定指出，“即日起，在处理文档纸张时，禁止出现下列行为：

“From this point forward, the following actions are prohibited when handling any documents or papers,” the memo stated.

“在对纸质文件或货币进行整理之前，禁止将唾液腺，口腔粘膜腺或口腔其他部位分泌的透明液体涂抹在指尖上。”

“The application to the fingertips of transparent liquids secreted by the salivary glands, oral muciparous glands, or elsewhere in the oral cavity to the fingertips prior to the repagination of paper documents or currency.”

“该政策需传达到所有员工。”

“This policy is to be thoroughly communicated to all employees.”

据《今日日本》网站总结，公司此举就是在于禁止翻页前、点钞前舔手指的这一行为，包括办公室员工和司机，因为与他人的唾液发生间接接触真的很恶心。

Or, in simpler language: Sanwa Kotsu is officially prohibiting its office workers from licking their fingertips when leafing through papers, and also their drivers from licking their fingers before counting out the bills they give customers as change, on the grounds that it’s gross to make someone else indirectly touch your spit.

通知规定看上去像是一项预防措施。尽管三和交通还没有收到客户在这方面的投诉，但是公司以官方声明方式应对这种不卫生的行为，还是获得了日本网友的好评。

The memo appears to be a preventive caution. While Sanwa Kotsu hasn’t receive any direct complaints from customers regarding finger-licking, the company itself decided to officially codify the practice as nasty, and online commenters are already thanking them for it.

那么，为什么三和交通会推出这样的举措？原因在于公司社长的一次经历：在便利店自助结账的时候打不开塑料袋，纠结了很久要不要舔手指……

最终还是决定不要舔！

后来，社长发现公司内很多上了年纪的员工有这样的习惯，便出台了相关规定。
