| 世联北京翻译公司关于质量保证翻译案例，以下就是详细的介绍。 质量保证 译：Quality Assurance 1．乙方保证本合同中所供应的货物是符合中华人民共和国国家安全环保标准以及该产品的出厂标准。 译：Party B warrants that the Product is compliant with national safety and environment protection standards of PRC, and the manufacturer standard thereof. 2．乙方提供的货物必须是全新（含零部件、配件、随机工具等）表面无划伤、无碰撞。 译：The Product (including components, spare parts and attached tools) is brand new, and has no surface scratch or collision. 3．物品的质量问题发生争议，由质量技术监督部门进行质量鉴定。物品符合质量标准的，鉴定费由需方承担；物品不符合标准的，鉴定费由乙方承担。 译：In case of any quality dispute, the competent agency for quality and technology supervision shall conduct the quality inspection. If the inspection proves the Product is up to the applicable quality standard, Party A shall bear the inspection fee; otherwise Party B shall bear the inspection fee. 4．乙方对产品提供一年的质量保修期。保修期内如物品非因需方的人为原因而出现的质量问题由乙方负责包修、包换或包退，并承担修理、调换或退货的实际费用。 译：Party B provides one-year warranty for the Product.
