这两天，澳大利亚人民的心情不太美丽，而这其中的原因也让人不寒而栗：在超市买的草莓里竟然藏着针，而且还不是个案！

据悉，最早“草莓藏针”事件曝光于9月9日，昆士兰网友Joshua Gane在脸书发布状态称他的朋友误食藏针草莓后“腹部剧痛”。

The warnings came after a contaminated punnet was reported by Joshua Gane, who wrote in a Facebook post that a 21-year-old friend had suffered "severe abdominal pain".

他在帖子中表示，经检查，他们还在同一盒草莓中发现另一颗草莓也被插针。随后，商家将所有草莓下架，并且联系了供应商、警方以及健康安全部门。商家怀疑有人故意为之，但是并不清楚是供应商、商家工作人员还是顾客所为。

据新华网援引澳大利亚广播公司报道，昆士兰、新南威尔士、塔斯马尼亚和南澳大利亚等多个州发现果肉中含有针或其他尖锐金属物的草莓，涉及至少７个品牌。

昆士兰警方表示，草莓产业复杂的供应链，迟缓了整个调查过程。昆士兰政府方面则悬赏10万澳元，希望获取相关信息。

Queensland police say complicated supply chains in the strawberry industry have made for a slow investigation. The Queensland state government is also offering AU$100,000 for information.

受这一事件影响，草莓价格在澳大利亚大幅下降，西澳大利亚的草莓价格已经低于成本价。

Strawberry prices have already dropped around the country, with prices in Western Australia now below the cost of production.

昆士兰卫生部门则发出通知，提醒消费者多加注意：比如食用之前先切块，销毁或者退回出问题品牌的草莓等。

然而，这还不算完，除了草莓，其他水果也发现了类似事件。

据《商业内幕》网站报道，澳大利亚警方表示，继“草莓藏针”曝光后，他们在苹果和香蕉等水果中也发现了同样的现象，从而进一步引发民众对事件的担忧。

Police in Australia say they have found sewing needles hidden inside an apple and a banana, widening a crisis which began with strawberries being found with hidden needles inside.

一位名叫Carmella的女士在给孩子削苹果时，发现了一处硬物。当她发现是针的时候，感到十分惊恐。她随即报警。

Carmella, from the Sydney suburb of Kellyville Ridge, was peeling the apple for her daughter when she came across something hard. She said she was horrified when she realised it was a needle. She contacted the police immediately.

此外，新南威尔士警方还接到一起有关香蕉藏针的报案。

New South Wales Police are also investigating a complaint about a needle found inside a banana at a grocery store in Condell Park.

但是警方表示，苹果和香蕉的案例，都是“孤立”的。

Police said the apple and banana cases, both in Sydney, were "isolated".

17日，澳大利亚卫生部长格雷格•亨特表示，已经启动调查程序，要求彻查国内市场出现的“问题水果”事件。亨特说，这类行为危害农业，堪称“恶性犯罪”，也是对公众的一大危害。

Australian Health Minister Greg Hunt has ordered the nation's food watchdog to assist in resolving the scare. "It's an attack on the agriculture sector. This is a very vicious crime and it's a general attack on the public," Mr Hunt said.

亨特还表示，他们已经要求澳大利亚联邦机构调查，是否存在供应链上的问题，是否能采取一些协助警方的措施，是否需要改变整个体系。

北京时间9月20日，美国广播公司带来了最新消息。澳大利亚新南威尔士警方逮捕了一名涉嫌在草莓中藏针的男孩。

A young boy has been arrested for putting sewing needles inside strawberries in New South Wales, Australia.

警方表示，因为年龄原因，男孩的姓名没有公布。他自己承认实施过水果藏针的恶作剧。不过警方不认为这名男孩是该地区其他水果藏针事件的肇事者。

The boy, whose name has not been disclosed because of his age, confessed to putting the sewing needles in strawberries as a prank and is not believed to be the culprit behind other fruit contaminations in the region, New South Wales police authorities told ABC News.

目前事件还在进一步调查中。
