It results in very rapid and strong immune response. Usually the aerosol spray vaccination is done after the priming of live vaccine at a younger age so this application acts as a booster. |

Add clean de-chlorinated water plus dye into the spray; the amount of water is to be sufficient for 20 minutes of spray for a 25000-30000 bird house.
Adjust the nozzle to the level of fine-mist droplets 80-100 microns in diameter as the aerosol coming out. Dilute the proper live vaccine with water.
Add the vaccine solution the aerosol machine. |

Spray application
Crowd the birds, shut the ventilation, and keep the lights on. Spray 50-100 centimeters above the birds. Walk slowly up and down the house. Along a long electrical wire from the house, wait 15-20 minutes before opening the ventilation.
